Mr. Khadga Bahadur Bisht is the Executive Director at Millennium Challenge Account Nepal (MCA-Nepal), a position he has held since February 2019. With a substantial career spanning over 25 years, he is also the Project Development Director at Himal Power Limited, where he oversees the development of hydropower projects in Nepal.
Bisht’s career in energy economics began with his Master’s degree from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, which laid the foundation for his extensive experience in energy and infrastructure sectors. His work involves maintaining key relationships with the Government of Nepal and other stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution and development in the hydropower sector.
