Ms. Manaktala is a seasoned professional specializing in impact-driven projects with a focus on market systems and private sector-led development. As the Team Leader for South Asia Regional Infrastructure Connectivity (SARIC) at The Palladium Group, she manages a DFAT-funded capacity development program covering transport and energy across South Asia. Her role at Palladium previously involved overseeing Palladium's agriculture practice in India. With over eight years at Palladium, including as Director and Team Leader for Business Advisory Services, she has led significant initiatives in business development, advisory, and project delivery across various sectors.
Shivani's experience extends to her tenure as a Business Development Advisor in Kenya for an AgriTech social enterprise and Director of Business Development at Envirofit India Pvt. Ltd. She has also contributed to urban poverty reduction policies through her leadership at GHK Consulting Ltd. and launched economic citizenship initiatives with Ashoka. Her impact sector career began with IDE-India, where she managed program strategy and delivery. Shivani holds an MBA in Rural Management from IRMA and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
